Selena the "Smoking Cage" ...OC of fiend :iconpirato:

If you're the daughter of One Piece's Smoker and Hina..you'd have to be a bad-ass...so I tried my best to get that across...:headbang: She has a mixture of both their powers and mostly resembles Hina, but with more of Smoker's hair and eyes.
